James Saleh – Secretary/Treasurer

After 20 years of successive entrepreneurial achievement, often involving overseas markets and developing countries, James Saleh saw an opportunity to give back. Habiquad, an exciting new business model that provides safe, affordable housing to people who need it most, seeks to prove that socially responsible entrepreneurial organizations can thrive in the competitive marketplace.

Mr. Saleh attended the University of Mississippi and began his career as an in-house salesman with a manufacturer, importer and distributor of home furnishings, where he rose to become Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and drove annual revenues from $15 million to over $95 million.

Since then, he has built several successful manufacturing, distribution, and retail businesses in global markets, including China, India, and Egypt.

Mr. Saleh is a co-founder of The Bodhi Tree Foundation and serves on the Board of Kate’s Club, an Atlanta-based charity that assists children facing life after the death of a parent or sibling.
